A geofence is not “drawing a circle on the map”. It is combining a physical limit with the rhythm of the operation: peak hours, available staff and how critical the deviation is.
A good dashboard shows inside/outside clearly and ties the alert to action — for example, how many carts are outside and for how long.
Less noise, more priority
When the system groups signals and status, the manager stops putting out fires all day and focuses on the cases that most affect cost and image.
